A Little About Suzanne – Qualified Maths & English Tutor UK
Hi! I’m Suzanne — a qualified UK primary teacher, full-time tutor, and firm believer that learning should feel doable, encouraging, and — dare I say it — fun.
I started teaching back in 2008, began tutoring in 2014, and went full-time in 2021 so I could focus on what I love most: helping kids feel smart, supported, and ready to take on the world (or at least a tricky word problem).
In our sessions, expect a calm, positive vibe, the occasional silly analogy, and a big cheer when something clicks.
What I Offer: Subjects I Tutor
• Maths & English support from Early Years to KS2
• Maths up to KS3 (fractions, algebra, the works)
• 11+ prep for the Essex grammar school exams
Whether your child needs a boost, a stretch, or a confidence recharge, I tailor everything to them. We learn by chatting, drawing, solving, laughing — whatever keeps it engaging and real.

• Or Zoom lessons, with all the screen-sharing magic and none of the travel
We keep things relaxed, positive, and totally pressure-free. If your child finishes a session thinking, “That wasn’t so bad… maybe even a bit fun?” — we’ve done it right.
